Suspect:            Robert Ethan Turner (21) of Queenstown
Suspect:            Jessica Ann Lander (28) of Queenstown

Assisting Personnel: Uniformed MSP Troopers from the Centreville Barrack

Synopsis: On 06/16/16 at approximately 0520 hours the Queen Anne’s County Drug Task Force, assisted by uniformed Troopers from the Centreville Barrack served a knock and announce search warrant at 6808 Main Street Queenstown, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland.

Entry into the residence was made through an unlocked front door and knocking and announcing. The primary suspects Robert Ethan Turner and Jessica Ann Lander were at home when the warrant was served. A search of the residence revealed 328.4 grams of processed marijuana, marijuana oil, 0.3 grams of heroin, working digital scales, packaging materials, $3046.00 in U.S. Currency and the suspects cellular phones.

A search of the suspect’s cell phone revealed that they were actively selling controlled dangerous substances in the area.

This warrant was the result of a month long investigation into complaints by local residents into the use and sales of controlled dangerous substances in the Queenstown area, to include from the residence located at 6808 Main Street and the local park.

Turner, who has a previous criminal history for controlled dangerous substance violations, is being charged with the possession of heroin, the possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, the possession of marijuana and the possession of paraphernalia.

Lander, who has no previous criminal history, is being charged with the possession of heroin, the possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, the possession of marijuana and the possession of paraphernalia.

Both subjects were held until bail was posted, Turner on $7500 and Lander on $5000.
