Wanda Kennette Gross

 

INCIDENT:        Assault 1st Degree

DATE / TIME:    01/16/2012 @ 1434 Hours

LOCATION:      122 Ashley Lane, Chestertown

VICTIM:           Charles E. Clark Jr. of Chestertown

SUSPECT:         Wanda Kennette Gross (39) ofBaltimore

 

NARRATIVE:     Victim reports that he was sitting at122 Ashley Lanewhen Wanda Gross drove up and began an argue withClarkaccussing him of stealing $10 from her. WhenClarkdenied taking the money, Gross returned to her car retrieving a bottle of “Liquid Plummer” and a car shock.Clarkstates that Gross then threw the cleaner at him staining his shirt with some splashing into his eyes causing him to temporary lose his vision. Gross is reported to continue to argue withClarkwhile standing in front of him holding a car shock.

 

Clark was transported toChesterRiverMedicalCenterwhere he was treated and later released.

 

Charges have been issued for Wanda Gross for Ist Degree Assault, 2nd Degree Assault, MDOP and Reckless Endangerment. She is an African-American female 5’5″ – 140 Pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen leaving the area in an older model yellow Mercury Gran Marquis with an unknown male. Gross has a last known address onMcGinnis Road near Chestertown but could also be in theBaltimore aera.

Lisa Veins

INCIDENT:      1st Degree Assault / Reckless Endangerment / MDOP

DATE / TIME:  01/16/2012 @ 1621 Hours

LOCATION:     900 Block of May Lane, Stevensville

VICTIM:          Norman K. Viens of Stevensville

                      Moran Family of Stevensville

 

ARREST:         Lisa Arlene Viens (44) of Stevensville

 

NARRATIVE: Deputies were called to the Moran residence on May Lane for a gunshot striking their house. Amy Moran reported that her sonBrandonwas home and when he heard what he thought a gunshot went to investigate. In the kitchen he found glass, oil and tomato sauce on the floor and a bullet hole in a window and blinds and called the police.

 

Deputies investigating the incident believed the gunshot may have come from across the street. Deputies went over to the house and were met at the door by Lisa Viens who appeared to be upset and had been crying. When asked if she had heard any gunshots replied she and her husband had been arguing and she had set off some firecrackers to scare him into leaving. When questioned further Ms. Viens admitted that during the arguement with her husband she had gotten a .38 revolver, went outside onto the deck and while loading it a round went off as he was getting into his car.

 

Lisa Viens was placed under arrest and later transported to the Sheriff’s Headquarters in Centreville. Mr. Viens was later located in Stevensville and was not injured. Lisa Viens was charged with 2 counts of 1st Degree Assault, 2 counts of 2nd Degree Assault, 2 counts of Reckless Endangerment, 2 counts of Use of a firearm in commission of a felony and MDOP Over & under $500.

 

At an initial Appearance before a District Court Commissioner, Viens was held on a $300,000. Bail and incarcerated at the Queen Anne’sCountyDetentionCenter.
