INCIDENT: Theft / MDOP

DATE / TIME: 11/29/2013 @ 0834 Hours

LOCATION: 517 Main Street, Stevensville

VICTIM: Kent Island Car Wash

 

NARRATIVE: An employee had discovered that sometime between Monday evening (11/25) to Friday (11/29) someone had forced open the change part of the vacuum and removed an estimated $150 from the machine . Damage was estimated at $750.

DATE / TIME: 11/29/2013 @ 1042 Hours (Reported)

LOCATION: 200 Block of Carroll Road, Centreville

VICTIM: John & Lisa Connell of Centreville

 

NARRATIVE: Victims reported they had put gas in both of their vehicles on 11/28 and parked them at their residence. Later in the day, they realized that gas was missing from both cars. Estimated $50 of gas was missing.

LOCATION: 441 Outlet Center Drive, Queenstown

VICTIM: Levi Outlet

ARREST:     Sheron Lambert-Fields (50) of Baltimore

ARREST:     Wesley Wendell Brown (59) of Baltimore

CHARGE: Theft

 

NARRATIVE: Store Manager reported a male and female had been in the store and were observed taking a hat valued at $17 and leaving without paying for it. When the deputy arrived the manager was able to advise the two were in another store. When the two were confronted, the hat was in a bag. Both subjects were placed under arrest and charged with theft.

 

Brown was released on his personal recognizance by a District Court Commissioner. Lambert – Fields was held until posting a $3000 bail.

LOCATION:       200 Kent Landing, Stevensville

VICTIM:              K MART

ARREST:             Female (30) from Chester

CHARGE:            Pending

 

NARRATIVE:     Store Loss Prevention had learned that an employee had purchased several items, a pool and two air conditioners from the store. At a later date, she had processed returns crediting her charge card with returning the items. Theft amount was $455 to which the employee had confessed. She was escorted from the store with charges pending.

DATE / TIME:  12/01/2013 @ 0823 Hours

LOCATION:    Princess Anne Drive, Chestertown (QA)

VICTIM:           Marina E. Luna of Chestertown

 

NARRATIVE:  Victim discovered that sometime on 11/30 between 4 and 10 PM someone had broken a basement window had been broken and entry made into the residence. Nothing was reported stolen but some items had been moved. None of the neighbors had any information. Case forwarded to Sheriff’s CI Unit.

NARRATIVE: Store Employees reported that while a female was purchasing a item, the man with her was seen on video lacing a bottle of cologne in his pocket and exiting without paying for it. The cologne had a value of $76.

DATE / TIME:12/02/2013 @ 1051 Hours

LOCATION:   Davidson Farm Lane, Stevensville

VICTIM:          QA County Public Works

 

NARRATIVE:  It was reported that a County owned tractor had been left on Davidson Farm Lane that morning sometime between 9 and 10 AM. When workers returned to the tractor, the front window was cracked and the rear window completely broken out. A fire extinguisher in the tractor was also missing. Damages and loss were estimated at $800. The next morning it was reported that crews had moved the tractor to Benton Road and left it overnight and that someone had stolen the radio valued at $100.

INCIDENT:      CDS Possession

DATE / TIME:   12/02/2013 @ 1053 Hours

LOCATION:     505 Railroad Avenue, Centreville (Sheriff’s Headquarters)

 

ARREST:          Alexander Lee  Robinson (28) of Queenstown

CHARGE:        Possession of CDS (Marijuana)

 

NARRATIVE:  Mr. Robinson came into Sheriff’s Headquarters and advised the Duty Officer there was an active warrant for his arrest and he would like to take care of it. The warrant was confirmed and Robinson was taken into custody. While being processed, he was told to remove all items from pockets. When he did, there was a pack of cigarettes that had the odor of marijuana. A check resulted in the seizure of a suspected marijuana cigarette.

INCIDENT:      Theft from Motor Vehicles

DATE / TIME:  12/04/2013 @ 0648 Hours

LOCATION:     Fey Road, Chestertown (QA)

VICTIM:           Jamie Fleetwood of Chestertown

 

NARRATIVE:   Sarah Fowler reported her daughter had found a purse as she was waiting for the bus. A check of the contents indicated it belonged to Jamie Fleetwood. A check at the residence confirmed ownership. Victim stated she had left the purse in her unlocked car. Later in the day a second purse was located on the next street over – Princess Anne Drive. The owner was located, Maria Luna who advised that she had left the purse in her unlocked van. Another neighbor advised someone had taken his rosary beads from his van.
