DATE / TIME:      11/29/2012 @ 0705 Hours

LOCATION:         109 Chester Station Road, Chester

VICTIM:               Home Selling Assistance Agency

 

NARRATIVE:        Owner of the business reported finding the glass to the main entry door smashed out of the frame when she arrived for work. It was also discovered that another unit at the location had been vandalized as well, Unit 101 which the business was located in at one time.

NARRATIVE:        Owner of the business reported arriving to work and discovered the door unlocked and DeWalt Drill and a roll of Isinglass.

No other items or damage was reported. The items taken was valued at $550.

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported finding a rile of Romax copper wiring missing from behind a building. The wire was valued at $40 – $50 Dollars

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported finding a 5 Gallon jug with an estimated $1000 in coins missing from his residence. Nothing else was reported missing and no forced entry was found.

LOCATION:         201 Wells Cove Road, Grasonville

VICTIM:               Samantha Frey of Elkridge, ND

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported being assaulted by several people including a woman after the victim took offense to a comment made about a family member. Victim stated she threw her drink into a guy’s face and then his female companion struck her in the face. Security at the establishment advised that the two women had to be separated. The victim refused treatment at the scene and advised of her options. The other party was not identified and had left the bar.

LOCATION:         501 4H Park Road, Queenstown, MD

VICTIM:               Baker’s Metal Recycling

 

NARRATIVE:        Nicholas Denny and employee at Baker’s reported finding an exterior door at the business forced open and called the Sheriff’s Office. Additional search of the business located two additional doors damaged. A container with “low value” metals was located outside to building but nothing was determined to be missing. Damages to the doors was estimated at over $1000.

LOCATION:         Wicomico Road, Stevensville

VICTIM:               Robert Neithercott of Stevensville

                              Sheri Adkinson of Stevensville

 

NARRATIVE:        Deputy Wilson was dispatched to area to assist EMS with a person lying in the roadway. On arrival, the subject (a 63 year old male) was in a residence, bleeding from the bridge of his nose and believed to be quite intoxicated. Based on his condition, Medic 90 and crew from United Communities transported the male to Anne Arundel Medical Center by ambulance. Further investigation revealed two mailboxes damaged, appearing to have been driven over by a vehicle and a witness reporting a possible DWI . Investigation of the incident continues.

LOCATION:         Ellicott Drive, Chester, MD

VICTIM:               Female (55) of Chester

 

NARRATIVE:        Family member of the victim reported she had taken approximately 60 prescription pills but at the time was still conscious. EMS arrived and transported her top Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment.

INCIDENT:           MVC / CDS POSSESSION

DATE / TIME:      12/02/12 @ 1925 Hours

LOCATION:         115 Shoreway Drive. Grasonville / Spider Web Road, Centreville

VICTIM:               Male (47) of Centreville

 

NARRATIVE:        Emergency Room personnel called to report an injured person and a possible unreported motor vehicle accident. Victim stated he was driving on Spider Web Road when a large animal ran in front of him and he swerved to miss it. He then flagged down a passing motorist and asked for a ride to the hospital. When a deputy went to the area of the reported accident, he was unable to locate the vehicle. Victim later advised he had called a friend to move it.

 

When asked for ID, the victim opened his wallet and two prescription packs of Suboxone were in view. The victim was unable to advise where they came from. The suboxone was seized and charges are pending. The victim had serious injuries and was transported to shock trauma. Investigation remains open.

INCIDENT:           Attempted Burglary

DATE / TIME:      12/02/2012 @ 2044 Hours

LOCATION:         Teats Branch Road, Sudlersville

VICTIM:               Samuel E. Tolson of Dover

 

NARRATIVE:        Tenant at the location reported hearing a loud pickup in front of her house and then heard breaking sounds at a detached garage on the property. When the building was checked it was found that several window screens had been cut, a door lock damaged and a brick step moved. The owner of the property responded and was able to determine nothing was missing. Damages were estimated under $200.
