INCIDENT:          Theft

DATE / TIME:     12/20/2013 @ 1359 Hours

LOCATION:         500 Block of Love Point Road, Stevensville

VICTIM:              Edith L. Turner of Stevensville

 

NARRATIVE:       Victim reported missing several items from her residence including a pearl necklace, a gold diamond wedding ring, a gold watch, numerous Christmas cards and two additional necklaces. Items were valued at $5,300. No sign of any forcible entry.

DATE / TIME:     12/20/2013 @ 1959 Hours

LOCATION:         103 E. Main Street, Sudlersville

ARREST:              Jennifer Lyn Kaehler (30) of Chestertown

CHARGE:            Possession of CDS / Possession of CDs Paraphernalia

 

NARRATIVE:       Following a report of an unconscious person in a car at the PNC bank parking lot, it was learned that the occupant, Jennifer Kaehler had told paramedics on the scene that she had been chewing Fentanyl patches. She also stated that she was in possession of Oxycodone pills and did not have a prescription for either of the medications. She was placed under arrest and later held on a $2000 bail.

INCIDENT:          Medical Emergency

DATE / TIME:     12/20/2013 @ 2347 Hours

LOCATION:         Marling Farms, Chester

VICTIM:                             Male (53) of Chester

 

NARRATIVE:       Deputies responded to the residence following calls to emergency services requesting the FBI and CIA to report crimes at the Port of Baltimore. When the man was contacted he also was upset over a case with the Maryland Attorney General. After making several comments of harming himself he was transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment.

INCIDENT:          Possession of CDS

DATE / TIME:     12/21/2013 @ 1050 Hours

LOCATION:         3206 Main Street, Grasonville, MD

 

ARREST:              Female (41) of Chestertown

CHARGE:            Possession of CDS

 

NARRATIVE:       Deputies were called to the Hilton Hotel in Grasonville for suspected CDS activity in one of their rooms. Contact was made with the two females in the room and several items related to CDS were seized including suspected marijuana, several smoking devices and white powder substances.

 

The subjects were requested to vacate the room and not to return to the hotel. Social Services were also contacted due to a small child also in the room. Charges are pending lab results.

LOCATION:         424 Outlet Center Drive, Queenstown

VICTIM:                             GAP

ARREST:              Carlos Lizamo Betancorde (18) of Unknown

Pablo Joel Marinero (26) of Unknown

CHARGE:            Theft & Theft Scheme

 

NARRATIVE:       Store employees reported two suspects in the store that had been observed shoplifting several items of clothing. The suspect had rolled up clothing and then concealed it in one of the men’s purse. When checked the purse had been lined to avoid sensors to alarm and $350 of items had been concealed.

 

The subjects were provided the names of Carlos Betancorde and Pablo Marinero of unknown addresses and were charged under those names with Theft and Theft Scheme. Both were held on bond at the QA County Detention Center.

LOCATION:         700 Block of Kimberly Way, Stevensville

VICTIM:                             Jeff Cresanto of Stevensville

 

NARRATIVE:       Victim reported someone had stolen his Christmas Yoda statue and a reindeer from his front lawn. Items were valued at $200.

DATE / TIME:     12/22/2013 @ 1400 Hours

LOCATION:         200 Block of Holly Lane Grasonville

VICTIM:                             Jessica Renee Beasley of Grasonville

 

NARRATIVE:       Victim reported finding a window on her car smashed and $650 cash from her wallet missing. Damages were estimated at $100.

LOCATION:         200 Kent Landing, Stevensville

VICTIM:                             K Mart

ARREST:              Female (35) of Dover DE.

CHARGE:            Pending

 

NARRATIVE:       Store Security observed a female placing toys into a plastic tub in a cart then added milk and bread. The woman then exited the store using the garden center entrance without paying for anything. Items recovered were valued at $201.

 

The woman who had two young children with her was released with charges pending.

DATE / TIME:     12/23/2013 @ 2116 Hours

LOCATION:         101 Park Lane, Roundtop Park, Chestertown, MD

 

ARREST:              Male (21) of Pasadena, MD

CHARGE:            Pending

 

NARRATIVE:       Deputies checking a suspicious vehicle, a red Lincoln parked at the rear of Roundtop Park found two unclothed subjects in the rear seat. An odor of suspected marijuana was also noted. Once the subjects were dressed they were interviewed and a suspected Marijuana blunt cigar was seized. Charges are pending lab results.
