INCIDENT:           Theft

DATE / TIME:      03/18/2013 @ 1403 Hours (Reported)

LOCATION:         200 Block of Ellicott Drive, Chester

VICTIM:               Melody Anthony of Chester

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported finding several items missing from her Ford Escape while it was parked in her driveway. Items missing included sunglasses, six CDs and a Tom Tom GPS. Also reported was damage to a door on the vehicle where it appeared to have been pried. Estimated value of items missing was $795 and damages at $500.

INCIDENT:           Medical Emergency

DATE / TIME:      03/20/2013 @ 0516 Hours

LOCATION:         Baxter Road, Sudlersville

VICTIM:               Male (mid-50’s) of Sudlersville

 

NARRATIVE:        Dispatch received a call from a relative stating the male subject was at his residence and threatening to harm himself. Deputies responded to find the male with a pistol to his head. After several minutes talking to the subject, he looked down at the pistol and said “God Forgive me”. At that time one of the deputies fired his Taser with one of the probe striking him in the hand while the other deputy pushed the weapon away and attempted to cuff him. After a brief resistance the deputies were able to subdue the man. The man was taken to Chester River Medical Center for treatment by ambulance accompanied by a deputy. The pistol was found to be loaded with six rounds.

LOCATION:         200 Block of Cove Road, Queenstown

VICTIM:               Steven Stoltenberg of Queenstown

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported finding his Ford Escape parked in his driveway with two flat tires and upon checking saw that both tires were missing the valve stems. Damages including towing was $81.00

LOCATION:         Bayside Elementary School, Stevensville

VICTIM:               Joyce Krause of Stevensville

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim advised her son’s gray and blue Nitrous Cobra bicycle was taken from the bike rack at the school. The bike was valued at $300.

LOCATION:         200 Block of Glanding Road, Millington

VICTIM:               Barbara Calder of Millington

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported parking her Chevrolet in her driveway after arriving home. At around 2200 Hours she and her husband left for a short time and upon returning they found all four tires on the Chevrolet had been punctured. Damages were estimated at $320.

NARRATIVE:        Victim stated she was parked in her driveway and talking on the phone, when she heard something strike her Hyundai Sante Fe. She checked the vehicle and found a ½ in round mark on the right front door. Victim advised she did not see anyone in the area at the time of occurrence. Damage was estimated at $300.

DATE / TIME:      03/21/2013 @ 1537 Hours

LOCATION:         200 Block of Fourth Street, Crumpton

VICTIM:               Ruth Wilds of Crumpton

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim stated he returned to her residence at about 1530 hours after being gone for about ½ Hour. Upon entering the residence she found her bedroom window open and a jewelry box and several storage boxes on her bed and floor. She also found her prescription medicine and jewelry dropped outside near the window. Items missing included a gold & diamond bracelet and coins described as silver coins issued from 1900 / 1950s, wheat pennies and Jefferson nickels. The items were valued at $2000.

LOCATION:         100 Block of Longfellow Drive, Chestertown (QA County)

VICTIM:               Jennifer Lurch of Chestertown

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported her Dodge Durango had been entered while parked in the driveway and her Jenson Stereo had been removed from the dash. The stereo was valued at $500 and the dash was damaged to an estimated $100.

NARRATIVE:        Employee arriving for work discovered the gate post unsecured and that someone had stolen approximately 50 gallons of diesel fuel valued at $150.00

LOCATION:         3023 Kent Narrows Way, Grasonville

VICTIM:               Luke Phipps of Centreville

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported sometime between 1700 Hours on 3/21 to the mourning of 3/22 unknown person(s) had stolen a pair of 20’ aluminum outriggers off of his Boston Whaler boat. The boat was sitting in the parking lot of the narrows restaurant at the time of the theft. The outriggers a have a value of $8000.
