LOCATION:         300 Block of Wye Harbor Drive, Queenstown

VICTIM:               Andrea K. Keith of Queenstown

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported missing several pieces of jewelry from her residence. The last time the missing items were seen was about two months ago. Items included a platinum ring with a center diamond, two flanking diamonds and two baguette diamonds; a White gold anniversary ring with 25 small “chip” diamonds and a white gold wedding band with “wavy” scroll work. The three rings were valued at $13,700.

LOCATION:         400 Block of Arrington Road, Queenstown

VICTIM:               Tarragh M. Holt of Queenstown

 

NARRATIVE:        Deputies responded to location for a reported domestic in progress. On their arrival, victim reported that the other party had left. Victim stated that she had ended a relationship with the other party and he was at the residence to get his belongings when an argument began. Victim reported that before leaving he struck a bedroom door with his fist damaging the door and that her purse was now missing. At the victim’s request, a Criminal Summons has been issued for James Earle Mouring (29) of Preston for theft and MDOP.

LOCATION:         212 Grange Hall Road, Queenstown

VICTIM:               Barney Hutchens Jr. of Easton

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim stated he was at the 7/11 on Grange Hall Road and after making his purchase went to leave. As he got to his car, the victim realized he had left his wallet on the counter. When he walked back in and located the wallet, $220 was missing. Case remains open pending review of the store’s video security system.

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported her house being egged shortly after midnight. The eggs landed around the front door and on her roof.

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported someone had vandalized her 2003 Mitsubishi while it was parked in her front yard. All four tires were punctured and a side window and windshield were shattered. Victim stated she had been involved in an altercation earlier in the morning involving a possible suspect.

NARRATIVE:        Victims reported arriving home and finding the front door forced open with  items missing from the residence. Cash and Jewelry were missing with a valued of $1650. Some of the items taken included diamond earrings, diamond & sapphire earrings and two tanzanite rings.

LOCATION:         600 Block of Chesapeake Drive in Bay City, Stevensville

VICTIM:               Harold W. Slocum of Stevensville

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported hearing a loud bang on the side of his house and went to investigate it. Outside he found his LL Bean sidewalk lamp removed from the front yard and thrown against the house. Victim also stated he heard a group of subjects fleeing on foot. Damages were placed at $25

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported that while she was out of town, someone had gained access to her house and removed a Kenmore Gas Range valued at $500.

LOCATION:         500 Block of Main St., Church Hill

 

ARREST:               Male (16) of Church Hill

CHARGE:              Trespass / Disorderly Conduct

 

NARRATIVE:        Following a call for an unwanted subject at a residence in Church Hill, Deputies arrived to find a small group of subjects in front of the house. One of the group reported that one of the other subjects there refused to leave after being asked. When Sgt. Johnston attempted to talk with the male, who became irate and loud to such an extent neighbors came out of their houses. The male was then placed under arrest and transported from the location to Sheriff’s Headquarters for processing. He was referred to Juvenile Services and then released to a family member.

NARRATIVE:        Victim reports that after cutting grass on 8/27, mowers were put away in the shed at the residence and that their 4-wheeler was there. The next evening when her husband and son went to get the mowers to cut a neighbor’s lawn, they realized the 4-wheeler was gone. The ATV is described as a 2001 Green Honda Recon TRX 250 valued at $1200.

VICTIM:               Male (22) of Stevensville

 

NARRATIVE:        Deputies were dispatched to residence for a disturbance. On arrival they meet with a male subject who admitted to being involved in a verbal disturbance. The male appeared to be under the influence of something and stated he had drank two bottles of cough syrup as part of a plan to harm himself. The male was taken into custody and transported by Sheriff’s patrol car to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment.

NARRATIVE:        Deputy responded to location for a report of a female in the street throwing rocks at persons and cars. On arrival Deputy Wilson located the woman running down the street. The female was steadily laughing and another person at the scene stated the woman has existing mental disorders. The female was taken into custody and transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center by Sheriff’s patrol car.

LOCATION:         Church Hill Road, Chestertown

VICTIM:               Female (62) of Chestertown

 

NARRATIVE:        Deputies made a check on the welfare of a subject, after she called 911 wanting to speak to “Charlie” because people were stalking her, cutting up her books, moving items in the house and playing tricks on her. Dfc. Sewell located the woman who was crying and then would become enraged. She also stated she had not eaten for several days. Dfc. Sewell took the woman into custody and transported her by patrol car to Easton Memorial for assistance.

LOCATION:         Melvin Avenue, Grasonville

VICTIM:               Female (16) of Grasonville

 

NARRATIVE:        Emergency personnel responded to residence for a possible overdose of medication. A parent at the location also advised the girl had been talking about harming herself, however at this time the girl was unable to talk with personnel. She was transported by ambulance to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment. Dfc. Fraser also responded to the location to complete required paperwork.

INCIDENT:           Theft / Traffic Offenses

DATE / TIME:      08/30/2012 @ 1446 Hours

LOCATION:         RT 18 near Cherry Lane, Queenstown

 

ARREST:               Sasha Mona Samuels (21) of Chestertown

CHARGE:              Theft / Traffic (Driving Unregistered Vehicle / Displaying Registration for another Vehicle / Speeding)

 

NARRATIVE:        Dfc. Boyles stopped a Honda Accord for speeding (51/40) and identified the driver as Sasha Samuels by her driver’s license. However she was unable to locate the registration for the car. A check of the displayed tag indicated it had been reported stolen to MSP Centreville. Ms. Samuels was placed under arrest for theft of the tag. The tags were removed from the car, the car moved from the roadway and she was taken to Sheriff’s Headquarters for processing. After charging documents were issued, Samuels was released on her own recognizance by a District Court Commissioner.

DATE / TIME:      08/31/2010 @ 0836 Hours

LOCATION:         300 Block of Anchor Lane, Chester

VICTIM:               Brian E. Wright of Chester

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported that over the summer he housed numerous Moldavian and Ukrainian students at his residence. On August 30th around 4PM he received a call from three of the students asking when he would be home so they could say their goodbyes, however the victim didn’t get home until after midnight. In the morning, the victim discovered four laptop computers to be missing and the three were gone. A remaining student stated the three had said the computers were a gift and they had left the country that morning to return to the Ukraine from an airport in Washington. The victim could only identify the three as “Nick”, “Misha” and “Sasha” as they had Americanized their names while in this country.  The computers were valued at $1400.
