ARREST:               Heather Rose Bradley (30) of Centreville

CHARGE:              Forgery – Theft

 

NARRATIVE:        Ms. Bradley worked for the victim on December 19th and was paid by check in the amount of $100. The suspect cashed the check at Hillside Liquors however the amount had be changed to $400. Charges have been issued for the arrest of Heather Rose Bradley.

LOCATION:         Legion Road, Millington

VICTIM:                Jennipher Lindyburg of Millington

ARREST:               Gregory Scott Wood (36) of Crumpton

CHARGE:              MDOP & Retaliate Witness

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported that Mr. Wood was seen standing near her car parked in her driveway on January 6th and had left prior to the arrival of a Deputy. Ms. Wood is a witness against Mr. Wood in a case involving a stolen Harley Davidson motorcycle. On January 7th, Ms. Lindyburg found a one of her car tires had 18 holes punched in it. A Protection Order and an Arrest Warrant was issued on January 10th and Gregory Wood was taken into custody later that day. Wood was held on a $10,000 Bail at the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center.

LOCATION:         300 Love Point Road, Stevensville

 

NARRATIVE:        Deputies were called to the residence for a domestic. On arrival the complainant, Theresa Kidwell was standing outside and reported that her ex-husband and she had been at the No Place Bar. Since both had been drinking it was decided to walk to her apartment and sleep there. At some point an argument began and pushing occurred. Inside the deputies found Steven Kidwell with an abrasion to his forehead and reported he was unsure if Theresa had struck him or if he had fallen down due to his intoxication. Both parties refused medical attention and to cooperate further.

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported that her husband and she had gotten into an argument over cigarettes and that John had struck her in the face with his fist. John Holden had left the residence but later returned. Based on the noticeable injury on Deborah face, John Holden was placed under arrest. He was later released by a District Court Commissioner on his personal recognizance.

NARRATIVE:        Gary Connolly reported that employees had discovered that a company truck, a 2010 Dodge Ram was missing part of its exhaust system. Further inspection showed that someone had cut the catalytic converter out of the system.

LOCATION:         100 Block of Earle Branch Road, Centreville

VICTIM:                Michael A. Hayes of Centreville

 

NARRATIVE:        Deputies were requested at the residence by Chief Powell of Goodwill Fire Company who was on the scene after residents of the home reported bleach like smell in the house. The residents Mr. & Mrs. Hayes reported every time someone used the water in the house it smelled like bleach and that his son was also sick. A HAZMAT team from Annapolis responded and tested the air and water in the well. Tests showed the water outside the house was fine, but water in the house was found to have chlorine. A further inspection of the well showed several large chlorine tablets used for pools have been placed in the well. Investigation remains open at this time.

VICTIM:                Sheila W. Michelsen of Stevensville

ARREST:               Frederick Carl Michelsen (47) of Stevensville

CHARGE:              Assault 1st & 2nd Degree / Reckless Endangerment

 

NARRATIVE:        Deputies were called to the residence for a domestic assault. On arrival Sheila Michelsen came out of the house and reported that her husband had assaulted her during an argument and was still in the house. Ms. Michelsen reported that her husband had grabbed and scratched her arms while holding her. After asking a family member to call for police, Mr. Michelsen allegedly attacked her by holding her on a sofa and using his hands around her neck until she couldn’t breathe. Upon breaking free, she locked herself in a bathroom until Deputies arrived. Ms. Michelsen had injuries consistent with her report. Upon entering the home, Frederick Michelsen was located and taken into custody without incident. After processing at the Sheriff’s Office he was seen by a District Court Commissioner who held him on a $15000 bond. Ms. Michelsen declined EMS Services.

ARREST:               Amanda Marie Macey (22) of  Ridgely

CHARGE:              DWI

 

NARRATIVE:        Dfc. Watts was on Rt 301 and saw that a BMW had traveled off of the roadway and into a ditch. Watts checked the car and found an awake female in the driver’s seat. The female appeared to have been consuming alcohol and was asked to exit the car and attempt field sobriety tasks. As a result, Macey was placed under arrest and charged with DWI. She requested the car be left where it ended up and was later released to a sober friend.

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported while grocery shopping she left her wallet in the shopping cart and stepped away from it. Upon checking she discovered it to be missing. The wallet was described as a Black Coach brand with $300 in it. Investigation remains open.

NARRATIVE:        Dfc. Rickard responded to location for a found backpack. The backpack was a military style field pack with winter gear inside it. No identification was found in the pack and it has been stored in evidence. The owner can reclaim the items by calling the Sheriff’s Office and identifying the contents.
