LOCATION:        Kent Island High School, Stevensville

VICTIM:                Female Student (16) of Stevensville

 

NARRATIVE:       Victim reported leaving her laptop computer in a classroom and upon returning an hour later it was missing. It’s described as a white Macintosh Book laptop in a pink soft case valued at $500.

NARRATIVE:       Victim reported unknown person(s) had spray painted areas on the rear and side of her house. Damage could have occurred sometime during the past week and is estimated at $2000.

NARRATIVE:       Victim reported leaving his Black & Silver iPod Touch on a chair in the hallway while involved in an activity with his class. Upon returning 45 minutes later the iPod valued at was gone.

LOCATION:        515 4-H Park Road, Queenstown

VICTIM:                Chester Wye Center of Grasonville

 

NARRATIVE:       It was reported that a vending machine located inside of Queen Anne’s Auto Body shop had been forced open and snacks and change had been taken. No forced entry to the building was located. Less than $100 was taken.

INCIDENT:           Domestic Assault

DATE / TIME:      01/20/2012 @ 0047 Hours

LOCATION:        100 Block of Heath Road, Chestertown

VICTIM:                Heather R. Johnson of Chestertown

ARREST:              Joseph Thomas Johnson (43) of Chestertown

CHARGE:             Assault 2nd Degree

 

NARRATIVE:       Deputies responded to location for a reported domestic. Investigation indicated that the couple had an argument in the driveway and Mrs. Johnson attempted to leave in a vehicle. Mr. Johnson then attempted to remove the keys and pulled her from the vehicle. During the struggle, Mrs. Johnson received a minor injury to her finger causing it to bleed. As a result, Joseph Johnson was placed under arrest and taken to the Sheriff’s Headquarters for processing. He later went before a District Court Commissioner who held him on a $5000 bail. Johnson was incarcerated at the QA Detention Center.
