NARRATIVE:        Victim reported that she had found her Chevrolet pickup with a broken ignition while it was parked in the hotel lot. Victim advised the truck had a broken door lock previously and the vehicle was left unlocked. Victim also advised she had an argument during the night with a male friend and he had left the area sometime during the night and returned to Frederick. A witness saw a male sitting in the truck at some point during the night.

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported arriving home to find her shed door had been left open and someone had gone inside and left her freezer door open. The only item she reported missing was an old cast iron tub from the yard.

Possession of CDS -Marijuana with Intent to Distribute

                              Possession of CDS with intent to distribute within area of School

 

NARRATIVE:        A green Suzuki SUV was stopped by Dfc. Jordan for suspended registration near Railroad Avenue in Centreville. While talking to the driver, Jordan smelled the odor of marijuana. A k9 scan by Centreville Police resulted in a positive alert. The driver indicated that a passenger in the vehicle was in possession of marijuana. The passenger, identified as Shannon Bordley was found to be in possession of a plastic zip baggie with 4 smaller baggies with suspected marijuana. He was placed under arrest and taken to the Sheriff’s Headquarters. Prior to being placed into a holding cell a search resulted in another large bag with suspected marijuana. After charges, a District Court Commissioner held him on a $15,000 Bail.

ARREST:               Lloyd Glenn Milbourne (30) of Chester, MD

NARRATIVE:        It was reported to the Sheriff’s Office that a set of vehicle keys were missing and believed to have been taken by the suspect. At some point during the evening, the victim went to his truck and took cash from a wallet in the console. This was believed to have been observed by the suspect. Witnesses reported that the suspect, Milborne had been talking with the victim’s daughter at a table in the restaurant and when  he left he took the keys with him. When the victim went to leave he realized the keys were missing and checked his truck only to find his wallet containing $1700 was missing. The suspect was located at his residence on Queen Neva Court and denied taking the keys and allowed deputies to search his truck where the keys were located.

 

The suspect, who appeared to have been drinking, began to curse and yell at the deputies was placed under arrest for the theft of the keys. The missing wallet and cash were not located. Once in the patrol car, Suspect Milbourne began to bang his head and kick the cage and windows of the patrol car damaging the headliner.

 

Milbourne was later released on his personal recognizance by a District Court Commissioner. About 45 minutes after being released, Milbourne called the Sheriff;s Office reporting several items missing from his residence including his wallet, a computer tablet, cell phone and a Dyson Vacuum. On arrival deputies located Milbourne’s wallet in a bedroom where it had been chewed up by his dog. The tablet was also located by Milbourne.  At that point Milbourne asked the deputies to leave.

NARRATIVE:        A Cleaning crew reported that someone had broken into the vacant residence sometime between the 24th and the 27th by shattering a window and gaining access. Nothing was reported missing or damaged other than the entry point.

NARRATIVE:        Both victims advised they had left their vehicles unlocked while parked in the rear lot of Big Bats. Ms. Howland reported that a white iPod 32 GB, Charger and a black Garmin GPS were missing from her center console. Items were valued at $400. Mr. Thompson had a bottle of Everclear Vodka valued at $40 taken from the rear seat of his Honda Civic.

NARRATIVE:        Dfc. Schwink stopped a tan Oldsmobile on Main Street for an equipment violation. When the driverlowered his window about an inch to hand the deputy his driver’s license, the odor of burnt marijuana was noticied. At that time the driver was detained and a search of the car resulted in the seizure of a partially burnt cigarette and a small wooden box containing suspected marijuana. Items were seized and sent to the lab to be tested. The driver was issued a repair order for the vehicle violation and released pending charges.

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported to be missing her Kindle Fire from her Nissan Pathfinder. Victim advised she keeps her vehicle locked however it may have been lkeft unlocked while parked at a soccer field in the area. The Kindle was valued at $200.

NARRATIVE:        Deputies responded to residence for a domestic between family members. The victim, a 31 year old female  had assault a fanmily member and was threatening to jump off the bay bridge. Victim also has existing issues and was taken into custody and transported by patrol car to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment.

LOCATION:         Larch Place & Kimberly Way, Cloverfields, Stevensville

VICTIM:               Several residences in area

ARREST:               Robert Michael Trimpert (18) of Stevensville

                              Joshua Richard Biven (20) of Stevensville

CHARGE:              MDOP and Possession of Alcohol

 

NARRATIVE:        A police officer living in the area heard noises near his home and went outside to investigate. He observed two males walking down the street kicking a mailbox. He also saw several others damaged in the immediate area. Deputies were called and the officer detained the two until their arrival. The two were identified by the driver’s licenses and appeared to have been drinking. Investigation showed that mailboxes at six other locations on Kimberly Way had been damged either by kicking or striking by an object believed to be a skateboard. Show prints on one mailbox appeared to match the shoeprint of one of the subjects and they were in possession of a skateboard. Damages were estimated at under $500.

 

Both subject were taken into custody and charged with MDOP and possession of alcohoil by a minor. Both subjects were later released on their own recognizance by a District Court Commissioner.

NARRATIVE:    Victim reported that she had learned that an unknown person had accessed her bank credit card and made several unauthorized charges to iTunes. Further checks indicated that a PayPal account had been opened in her name along with an attempt to open an account at a web-based bank. To date nearly $700 of fraudulent charges have been made. Victim has taken steps to correct her accounts.

DATE / TIME:  03/29/2012 – 1737 Hours

LOCATION:      Grange Hall Road near Queenstown

NARRATIVE:    Dfc. Fraser working a radar assignment on Grange Hall road stopped a tan Chevrolet Truck for speeding (48/30MPH Zone). Upon contacting the driver, a strong odor of marijuana was coming from the cab of the truck. A search resulted in the seizure of a smoking device and a false bottom WD 40 can with a baggie of suspected marijuana. The driver was issued a citation for speeding and released pending additional CDS Charges.

NARRATIVE:    Emergency Personnel responded to the school for a 13 year old female who reportedly had taken an intentional overdose of aspirin  and prescription medications. She was transported to Anne Arundel Medical Center by ambulance for treatment.

ARREST:          Edward Philip Cadle (26) of Stevensville

CHARGE:         DWI / Leaving the scene of an Accident

 

NARRATIVE:    Deputies responded to location for a report of a two car motor vehicle collision. Prior to arrival, it was reported that one vehicle, a tan Ford Ranger had left the scene, driven into a nearby driveway with the driver fleeing on foot. On arrival a silver Hyundai was in a ditch and damaged to an extent it could not be driven from the scene. The driver of the car, Tina Whittington stated her injuries including a lacerated arm were minor. Ms. Whittington advised she was on her way home having turned onto Nichols Manor Road and as she approached the intersection at Cloverfields Drive she was struck by another vehicle, possibly being driven without lights, causing her airbags to deploy and coming to rest in a ditch.

 

The Ford Ranger was located  in a nearby driveway with extensive front end damage and a strong odor of alcohol coming from the cab. Registration indicated it belonged to a Edward Cadle  with an address of Mason Road. Deputies responded to location and located Mr. Cadle who admitted to driving the truck at the time of the accident and to have been drinking earlier.  Mr. Cadle was taken into custody and transported to Sheriff’s Headquarters for processing. He was issued citations for DWI and Leaving the scene of an accident. He was later released to the custody of a family member.

NARRATIVE:    Deputies were called to the residence for a juvenile male being out of control, yelling, pacing and punching holes into the walls and doors. On arrival the juvenile was located in a bedroom with numerous holes in the walls and bruised hands. The male was transported by Patrol Car to Anne Arundel Medical Center for treatment.

LOCATION:      425 Outlet Center Drive, Queenstown

NARRATIVE:    Store employee at Gucci reported that two suspects had been in the store and had stolen several items. Video showed  one suspect a tall African American male wearing a long black coat, blue shirt and a blue scarf taking a piece of women’s clothing from a shelf, walking behind a display case and shoving the clothing down his pants. At the same time, an African-American female wearing a black jacket, red shirt and carrying a black hand bag was seen entering a dressing room with three articles of clothing. She exited empty handed and then left the store. A check of the dressing room resulted in finding three empty hangers. The items were valued at $2000.

 

The suspects had also been to the St. Johns Store and were seen on video taking jackets and shirts from there also.

NARRATIVE:    Victim reported working on their rental property and left several items in the garage until they returned several days later to finish up. When they returned they found their Little Wonder Blower missing. The commercial wheeled blower is valued at $500.

Victim also advised that he had been out of town and his daughter had a party there last night with a few friends, however other people showed up who she didn’t know and caused some trouble. The X-Box and accessories was valued at $500.

NARRATIVE:    Victim reported that she was at the location on Friday night at her birthday party and that sometime during the evening, someone reached into her purse and took her wallet. Security video was reviewed and showed a white male reaching into the purse taking the wallet and then walking out. At this time a suspect has been developed based on the video. Victim also advised that the thieve had called her leaving a voicemail apologizing for taking the wallet and telling her that the wallet was in a dumpster nearby. The caller also stated that everything was there except the money ($55) because he had already spent it. Victim was able to locate the wallet . Investigation remains open.

NARRATIVE:    Victim reported hearing yelling on the next street over from her residence and she and a friend walked over. They saw a male and female fighting in the yard. At some point the fight broke up, however the female punched Ms. Shreve in the face causing a bloody nose. Deputies responded however no was willing to cooperate including the victim.

NARRATIVE:    A spray-painted swastika was located on the roadway of Grollman road. The swastika was orange and about 8’10” in size. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office.

LOCATION:      2700 Block of Cecil Drive, Chester

VICTIM:           Michael Matthews of Chester

 

NARRATIVE:    Victim reported that a party had been going on across the street all evening but at about 0350 hours he heard shouting and banging. Victim went out and saw his mailbox damaged and two subjects leaving in a silver Chrysler concord with heavily tinted windows. Contact with the subjects in the house was eventually made. Deputies learned that the parent was not home and that the sixteen year old male had had a party. Left at the house was  the male and three females aged 15 and 16. Parents were notified. The deputies were also able to identify possible suspects of the MDOP as they were told that two subjects attempted to come in and were refused and an argument had occurred. Investigation continues.

NARRATIVE:    Victim reported that she was missing about $50 in quarters, three gold band rings and a lime green iPod from her bedroom. She had also learned that a couple days before her teenage daughter had allowed three males into the house when the victim was not home. The daughter only knows the three as Clarence, Marcus and Grant and that they were on the computer with her. Items missing are valued at $500.
