INCIDENT:          MDOP

DATE / TIME:      04/23/2012 @ 1903 Hours (Reported)

LOCATION:         700 Block of Davol Road, Stevensville

VICTIM:               Joseph A. Grzymkowski of Stevensville

ARREST:               Male (15) of Stevensville

CHARGE:              MDOP

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reports that on Saturday (4/21)  he heard something strike his house and upon checking found that someone had thrown a rock. Victim states he saw a group of juveniles walking away and confronted them. The five juveniles denied any involvement and the victim dropped the issue. On 4/23 the victim’s spouse went to use their Dodge Durango and found a rear window shattered by a similar rock. The victim reported the incident and was able to identify one of the juveniles Sgt. Johnson was able to interview the one juvenile and in turn was able to ID the others. During an interview one of the juveniles admitted to throwing the rocks. The Juvenile was referred to Juvenile Services and the damage was estimated at $350.

LOCATION:         Island Creek Road, Church Hill

VICTIM:               John O. Crandell of West River MD

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported that his Yamaha 50 HP outboard Motor had been stolen from his barge near the bridge. The motor appears to have been taken from the barge by someone using a boat. The motor which weighs about 250 pounds is valued at $7500.

LOCATION:         671 Romancoke Road, Stevensville (Matapeake Middle School)

VICTIM:               Female (15) from Kent Island

 

NARRATIVE:        Deputies responded to the school after a report of a student taking an overdose of pills and cutting her arm with a razor blade. The girl was transported to Anne Arundel Medical center for treatment.

LOCATION:         Mears Point Marina, Grasonville

VICTIM:               Theodore Tzavellas of Norfolk V

 

NARRATIVE:        Victim reported that his 2003 Cruisers Yacht was at the location for repairs from March 28th to April 16th. During that time someone removed a 14K Gold Bracelet with a Rolex style band and a 14K Gold Waltham Pocket Watch from a jewelry box in the forward bedroom of the yacht. The items were valued at $6700.

INCIDENT:          Possession of CDS

DATE / TIME:      04/25/2012 @ 1902 Hours

LOCATION:         1925 Main Street, Chester

ARREST:               Anna Maria Dykstra (23) of Gambrills, MD

CHARGE:              Possession of CDS / Possession of CDS Paraphernalia

 

NARRATIVE:        Deputies were dispatched to the Safeway parking lot for a report of an unconscious person in a car. On arrival medical personnel was at the location and advised that the female was awake and had reported to them she had recently injected heroin. A scan of the vehicle by K9 Beny provided a positive alert. A search of the car resulted in several heroin caps, several pills, needles and cook spoons. The female identified as Anna Dykstra was placed under arrest and transported to the Sheriff’s Headquarters for processing. After that she was taken before a District Court Commissioner who released her on her personal recognizance

LOCATION:         203 Outlet Center Drive, Queenstown

VICTIM:               Polo / Ralph Lauren

 

NARRATIVE:        Deputies were called to the store after two African American females fled the store with shorts, shirts and pants without paying for the items. The two fled the scene in a SUV type vehicle, possibly a Pontiac Aztec. The items were valued at $360.
