Victim Information: KENT ISLAND HIGH SCHOOL
Accused Information: 16 YR OLD MALE

1. DISORDERLY CONDUCT
2. SCHOOL: DISRUPT OPERATION
Incident Summary:  DFC J. DAVIDSON RESPONDED TO A DISORDERLY STUDENT INSIDE KIHS.  THE STUDENT YELLED PROFANITIES AT TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS AND ALSO THREATENED THEM SEVERAL TIMES.  THE STUDENT ALSO THREW HIS PERSONAL ITEMS DOWN AND CHALLENGED SCHOOL PRINCIPALS TO FIGHT.  WHEN CONFRONTED BY DFC DAVIDSON, THE STUDENT CONTINUED HIS BEHAVIOR AND REFUSED TO CALM DOWN, THUS LEADING TO HIS ARREST.  JUVENILE WAS RELEASED TO A PARENT.

Victim Information: 14 YR. OLD MALE
Accused Information: 17 YR. OLD MALE
Charges:  2ND DEGREE ASSAULT
Incident Summary:  DFC J. DAVIDSON WAS ADVISED OF AN ASSAULT THAT HAD TAKEN PLACE IN THE HALLWAY OF KENT ISLAND HIGH SCHOOL JUST AFTER SCHOOL DISMISSAL.  A 17 YR OLD MALE STUDENT PUNCHED A 14YR OLD MALE STUDENT IN THE MOUTH AREA.  PARENTS OF THE 14 YR OLD MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION.  ULTIMATELY THE SUSPECT WAS RELEASED TO A PARENT.

Crime:     Theft from Motor Vehicle
Location of Incident: 210 Beachside Drive, Stevensville, Md 21666
Date/Time of Report:     8-29-11 @ 1213hrs
Victim Information:  Lisa Rose Sheehan, 10-18-62
Incident Summary:  Dfc. J. Davidson took a report of a stolen IPOD from a vehicle and the above listed address. The theft occurred approximately 2 months ago.  Neighbors allegedly advised having seen a suspect in the victim’s driveway peeking into cars.  Upon making contact with the neighbors, they advised Dfc Davidson that they had not seen anyone on the victim’s property.  Case remains open pending further investigation.
