INCIDENT:          Death Investigation

DATE / TIME:     05/21/2017 @ 1336 Hours

LOCATION:        300 Black of Creekside Commons Court, Stevensville

DETAILS:            Deputies responded to the residence for a report of a deceased white male in the dining area of the residence. The male was identified as Anthony George Reno (21) of Stevensville. It was also learned that a second male, later identified as Carson David Freedman (21) of Stevensville was upstairs and deceased as well. Both subjects appeared to have been deceased for an extended time.

Various drug paraphernalia was located near both victims. Suspected CDS of unknown type was also located and seized for testing at the lab. The bodies were sent to the Medical Examiner for autopsies.

The deaths appear to be CDS related and remain under investigation awaiting autopsy reports and toxicology results from the OCME and lab results from MSP on substances seized.

INCIDENT:          Social Media Post

DATE / TIME:     05/23/2017 @ 1800 Hours

LOCATION:        Facebook

UPDATE: Additional information indicates Palacios is in Guatemala not Mexico

 

DETAILS:            Several persons forwarded a FB post containing a three part picture, two showing stores @ the Queenstown Outlets and the third showing a small caliber handgun. The caption read “Feeling Motivated” and was posted under the name Jose Palacios.

Deputies worked most the evening trying to locate the subject going to numerous addresses in the county. The Outlet Center was notified and extra patrols were made thru the night and this morning as a precaution.

Just before noon, detectives got a break and were able to locate Palacios in Mexico. This was verified by Palacios using FB live and showing his location was in Mexico.

The incident is being reviewed by the States Attorney’s Office reference to possible charges. The incident remains under investigation.
