Incident: Search and Seizure warrant

Date/Time: 06/02/15 @ 0450 Hours

Location: 317 Flat Iron Square Road Church Hill, Maryland

 

Suspects: Michael Anthony Young (26) of Centreville

                  Colin Connor Crawford Goldsboro (21) of Centreville

                  Courtland Quincy Goldsboro (26) of Centreville

Assisting Personnel: Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Team

                                     Talbot County Narcotics Task Force

                                     Barrack “S” uniformed troopers and K-9 unit 

                                     CED investigators assigned to Barrack “S”

                                     CID investigators assigned to Barrack “I”

 

Synopsis: The Queen Anne’s County Drug Task Force, assisted by the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office tactical team, uniformed troopers from the Centreville Barrack and criminal investigators from CED and the Queen Anne’s county Sheriff’s Office served a knock and announce search warrant at 317 Flat Iron Square Road Church Hill, Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. Forced entry into the residence was made after the tactical team knocked and announced and no one answered the door. 

 

A search of the residence revealed 0.4 grams of suspected heroin, paraphernalia in the form of wax folds, $214.00 in U.S. currency and evidence of long term packaging and sales of heroin.

 

Young, who has a prior criminal history for controlled dangerous substance violations was charged with Possession of Heroin and the possession of paraphernalia.    

 

Colin Goldsboro, who has a prior criminal history for controlled dangerous substance violations was charged with Possession of Heroin and the possession of paraphernalia.     

 

Courtland Goldsboro, who has a prior criminal history for controlled dangerous substance violations was charged with Possession of Heroin and the possession of paraphernalia.

 

All three are waiting to be seen by the District Court Commissioner.
