Rams Head – Strong Armed Robbery

Subject: RAMS HEAD STRONG ARMED ROBBERY

Incident:                     Strong Armed Robbery

 

Date Reported:          November 6, 2013 at approximately 1:15 a.m.

Location:                    Rams Head Shore House

800 Main Street

Stevensville, Maryland 21666

Suspect:       Hispanic or Light Skinned Black or Dark Skinned White Male  Approximately 6 foot tall  /. 170 pounds

Last seen wearing a Black hoodie Style Sweatshirt, Dark Pants, and a dark Woven Ski Mask covering face exposing his eyes

 

Narrative:      On the above date and time the employees were inside the bar/restaurant area doing closing procedures.  There were two employees inside and an outside patron/security person monitoring the parking lot area.  One employee walked towards the office area and as she approached the office door the suspect described above exited the office.  The female employee was standing in the entry way to the office.  The suspect struck the employee in the face.  The employee suffered minor facial injuries. The suspect then ran out an employee door and fled the scene.

Chestertown Police Department K-9 officer was asked to assist the units on location with a K-9 search of the area.  The K-9 tracked from the rear west corner of the building in a western direction down Route 18 and in a field located west of the Library.

 

Patrol units in the area completed an area search and interviewed multiple people.  Detective Maria Bassaro was dispatched to respond and assumed the investigation.

 

Maryland State Police Crime lab responded and processed the crime scene.
