Narrative: On 5/5/2008 Dfc. Eric Goodman was dispatched to a residence for a past domestic assault. Victim advised that her boyfriend, Robbie Patrick, had got into an argument which became physical. The victim was complaining of injuries to her left arm, mouth and left ear.

The victim reported that the suspect had come to the residence in an intoxicated state and during the argument had struck her several times and then thrown by her arm across the room. While in the bedroom, Patrick reportedly retrieved a shotgun from a closet, placed one round into the chamber and pointed the gun at her threatening to kill her. A third party at the residence was able to talk him into putting the shotgun down.

The victim advised she and the suspect reside together and have a child in common. The victim also advised that she was unsure where Patrick was at that time.

On 5/6/2008, Detectives of the Criminal Investigation Division executed a Search & Seizure warrant at the home and seized evidence including a shotgun. During the search, Patrick came to the residence and turned himself in to Detective Shane Russell.

Patrick was held on a $100,000 bond.
