Assault Arrest in Baltimore

Narrative:

Follow up investigation of the incident by the Criminal Investigative Division of the Sheriff's Office resulted in the issuance of a Search & Seizure warrant for the suspect's residence in Baltimore. With the assistance of Baltimore City Police SWAT Team the warrant was served on Thursday evening.

The suspect was not at the residence, but three female family members were. Several items of evidence were seized during the search. During the search, the suspect drove past and was spotted by police. He was stopped several blocks away by Baltimore City Police and Queen Anne detectives and taken into custody during a felony stop.

Green was taken to Central Booking and detained under the Queen Anne Warrant.

Additional charges and arrest are expected following further investigation.

Narrative: On 04/29/08 at 2018hrs The Queen Anne's County Office of the Sheriff received a report of shots fired and someone being stabbed at 11 Sherman Way Chester MD. Patrol deputies arrived on location with EMS and found the victim with a small laceration to his left thumb. Detective Stouffer arrived on location and a subsequent investigation revealed that the male suspect and the victim were involved in a physical altercation within the above listed residence. During the course of this altercation the two began to struggle with a handgun which subsequently was discharged within the residence (no injuries/property damage only). As the two continued to struggle the female suspect cut the victim on his left thumb with an unknown object and attempted to stab the victim on his lower body. The victim freed himself from the physical altercation and fled from the residence where he called 911. The two suspects were gone prior to the arrival of the police or EMS. Investigation continues. The victim refused medical treatment.
