Narrative:

Responding to a 911 call on Main Street in Grasonville, Deputy Phan was advised that a male subject was at the front door of the residence attempting to gain entrance and was armed with a knife. Upon arrival, Phan located a male several feet away from the residence with a bloody hand. The suspect, Damontrall J. Miles stated he had attempted to get into the house to collect money from a subject. Upon checking the doorway, Phan could see several marks on the door and what appeared to be fresh blood stains.

Ms. Bartholomew advised she knew the suspect and he had threatened her and thrown objects at the house.

Miles was charged with Burglary 4th Degree and MDOP. After processing, Miles was held on a $5,000 bail.
