Assault on Sudlersville Road

Incident: Assault 2nd Deg.

Date & Time Reported: 06/27/09 @ 0247 hrs.

Location: Sudlersville Road, Church Hill

Victim: Female (45) of Church Hill

Narrative: A/Cpl. Goodman responded to the location in regards to an in progress domestic disturbance complaint. On arrival both the victim and her live in boyfriend were involved in a heated verbal argument. According to the victim, the boyfriend became abusive by pushing the victim's head down into the sofa pillow. Victim claimed prior abuse from the boyfriend however no visible injuries were observed. The victim was referred to the District Court Commissioner's Office to file for charges.
