Date & Time Reported: 06/26/09 @ 1700 hrs.

Location: Pondtown Road, Chestertown

Victim: Female (30) of Chestertown

Narrative: Dfc. Martin responded to the address in regards to an attempted suicide. On arrival Dfc. Martin discovered that the victim had already been transported to Chester River Hospital. Further investigation indicated that the victim made threatening statements about harming herself and had attempted to harm herself with an overdose of medication. Dfc. Martin responded to Chestertown and completed an Emergency Petition.

Date & Time Reported: 06/29/2009 2259 hrs

Location: Peters Corner Road, Sudlersville, MD

Victim: Female (50) of Sudlersville

Narrative: Dfc. Martin investigated a possible suicidal person at Peters Corner Road. The victim had allegedly tried to take prescription medication in an attempt to overdose, and was stopped by her spouse. DFC Martin interviewed the victim and determined that an emergency psychiatric petition was in her best interest. The victim was taken into custody for the petition without incident and transported to Easton Memorial Hospital.
