Victim: Male (9) of Stevensville

Arrested: Male (13) of Stevensville

Male (13) of Stevensville

Charges: Assault 2nd Deg.

Narrative: Dep. Jordan responded to the for an Assault complaint. It was reported that two juvenile male suspect(s) physically assaulted the victim by grabbing the victim and holding him down while making inappropriate sexual comments / threats to the victim. Both suspect(s) were subsequently charged on a juvenile referral for Assault 2nd Degree.
