INCIDENT:    Missing Person

DATE / TIME:  11/13/17 at 11:13AM

LOCATION:  600 Blk Bay Drive, Stevensville, Md. 21666

DETAIL:  QACSO units responded for the report of a missing person. Upon arrival, contact was made with a caller who advised she has not heard from her friend, Kendall Evelyn Kincaid (w/f, 21yo, 5’5”, 140lbs., brown hair, blue eyes) since approximately noon on 11/8/17. Units then responded to Kincaid’s home address (2000 blk Stevens Dr., Chester, Md. 21619) and made contact with her mother, Deirdre Kincaid (48 yo) who also advised she has not seen/heard from Kendall since 11/8/17. According to Deirdre, Kendall was using her car (silver Honda Accord, MD tag 1CJ4623) and the last she had heard was that she was going to visit a friend. Contact was made with a number of Kendall’s friends, who all stated they have not heard from her since 11/8/17, but advised that she may be visiting unknown friends in Towson.  Anyone with info. please contact QACSO.

INCIDENT:   M/V crash, single vehicle

DATE / TIME:  11/13/17 at 11:44AM

LOCATION:    2000 Blk Piney Cr. Rd., Chester, Md. 21619 – Xtra Mart

DETAILS:  QACSO units responded for a single vehicle crash. Apparently a vehicle (1997 GMC Truck) driven by Ambrose Robinson (39yo), backed into one of the fuel pumps at the XtraMart, causing approx.  $5,000 worth of damage. There were no injuries.

INCIDENT:       Theft under $1,000

DATE / TIME:    11/13/17 at 12:47pm

LOCATION:      300 blk Loblolly Way, Grasonville, Md. 21638

DETAILS:        QACSO units responded for the theft of mail. Units made contact with the victim, who advised that a possibly known suspect(s) had stolen 2 checks from her mailbox, sometime between 11/9/17 and 11/10/17. The suspect(s) then altered the checks and attempted to cash them at a bank. The bank contacted the victim, who in turn called police. The criminal investigation continues. INCIDENT:                 Suspicious Vehicle Investigation leads to Drug Citation

DATE AND TIME REPORTED:       November 10, 2017 at 1158 hours.

LOCATION:               Shoreway Drive, Grasonville Md

VICTIM:                                 State of Maryland

NARRATIVE:                        On the above date and time, Dep. D. Bush was patrolling in the area of Grasonville Community Center when he observed a vehicle that was suspicious.   Dep. Bush further investigated and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle.  The investigation led to a probable cause search of the vehicle which located Suspected Marijuana.  Grant Newman was issued a Civil Citation for possessing less than ten grams of Marijuana.  Newman was released from the scene on his signature.

INCIDENT:     Controlled Dangerous Substance Possession / Civil Citation

DATE / TIME:     11/11/17 @ 09:06 PM

LOCATION:     Route 544 near Fords Landing, Millington, MD

CIVIL CITATION:     Nicholas Davis (18 yr. old white male, Millington, MD)

DETAILS:     Deputy Parker conducted a traffic stop (on a 2006 Acura Passenger vehicle, bearing MD tag 77331BY) for a safety equipment repair violation.  During the stop, Deputy Parker developed probable cause for a search of the vehicle.  Deputy Parker subsequently located less than 10 grams of marijuana.  An ERO (Repair Order) was issued for the vehicle violation and a Civil Citation was issued for the possession of marijuana.  The driver was released at the scene.
