INCIDENT: Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances

LOCATION: 101 Hissey Road Grasonville, MD 21638
ARRESTED: Ryan Reed 32yo w/m Jessup, MD charged with two counts of Possession of CDS not Marijuana, two counts of possession of paraphernalia, 1 count of possession of CDS Administering Equipment.
Brittney Elliott 28yo w/f Germantown, MD charged with Indecent Exposure, 2 counts of Possession of CDS not Marijuana, two counts of paraphernalia, 1 count of CDS Administering Equipment.
DETAILS: While conducting business checks, Sgt. Lowery observed a female urinating next to a pickup truck in the parking lot of the Wawa located at 101 Hissey Road Grasonville. Sgt. Lowery spoke with the female and attempted to obtain identification. The female could not produce any identification. Sgt. Lowery obtained identification from the male driver of the vehicle who had a warrant through the state of Texas. Both the male and female had different stories. Dfc. Piasecki was contacted for a K-9 scan of the vehicle. The scan resulted in a positive alert and a search was conducted. Several syringes were located along with capsules containing suspected heroin, a baggie with suspected crack/cocaine, smoking devices, and other paraphernalia. The woman’s true identity was obtained. She had an active warrant through the state of Virginia. Both subjects were held with no bond.

INCIDENT: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
DATE / TIME: 5/23/2018 @ 6:58PM
LOCATION: 6000 block of Kent Point Road Stevensville, MD
CHARGED: R Patrick Buckel 19yo w/m Stevensville, MD
CHARGES: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Impaired by Alcohol, Failure to remain at scene involving property damage accident, and other minor traffic offenses.
DETAILS: Dep. Dickey responded to a crash involving a pickup truck at the 6000 block of Kent Point Road. Upon arrival, the driver had left the scene. The driver was located shortly after and admitted to driving the vehicle. Field sobriety tests were given and he was ultimately arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. He was released to a sober adult.

INCIDENT: Malicious Destruction of Property

LOCATION: Kent Island High School Stevensville, MD
VICTIM: 17yo w/m Grasonville, MD
DETAILS: Dep. Carnaggio responded to an address in Grasonville, MD and met with the 17 yo victim reporting that his vehicle was keyed. He advised that someone had keyed the passenger side of his car while it was parked at the Kent Island High School rear parking lot causing approx. $500.00 in damage. He did not notice the damage until he was home. The investigation is ongoing, anyone with information can contact email CCarnaggio@qac.org
